What color is it ?

(北师大版三年级下册 第一课时教案 灵宝市第三届优质课赛讲一等奖)

Teaching  Aims(教学目标)

 1 Knowledge aims(知识目标)

   (1) Have students listen and say  these sentence structures:

       What color are they ?

       What color is that (butterfly)?

       Is that butterfly (blue)?

   (2) Have students listen ,say and read these words:

      red , yellow , blue , green , brown  and  butterfly

  2 Skill aims(技能目标)

Have students use these three sentence structures and sevev new words to make up new stories.

  3 Quality training(素质目标)

(1) Train students the good habits of listening, observing and imitating .

(2) Train students competitive and cooperation avareness.

  4 Feeling education(情感目标)

   Tell students to love the nature and protect animals.

Step1  Warming –up/Revision

 1 Greeting

(设计意图:采用 活动,既复习了本节课将要用到的旧知识,有活跃了课堂气氛,提高了学生的学习兴趣。)

 3Ask and answer

 T: What is this?

 S:It is banana.apple,orange,pear,monkey and bear

(设计意图:既复习了本节课将要用到的句式,又很自然地导出新课。

Step2 Presentation

Teach the new words

  (一)Teach “butterfly” and “buttetflies”

  1 Teach “butterfly”

  (1) Presentation

  T: Look, what is this?

  S; It is butterfly.

  (2)Drill

  a. Foolow teacher 3 times.

  b. Have students read 3 times together.

  c. Teacher asks and students answer.

  d. Boys ask and girls answer.

  e. Teacher asks individual student to answer.

  f. Drive the train.

2 Teach “butterflies”

 (1)Presentaion

T: (承上)Now look, What are they?(师指着大屏幕上所有蝴蝶问)

S: (T helps Ss )They are butterflies.

 (2)Drill

  The same way as ()(2)

() Teach color words

1.      Teach  “red”

(1)   Presentation

T:(承上) What’s this?

Ss: It’s a butterfly.

T: What color is this butterfly?

Ss:(T helps Ss) It,s red.(引出red)

(2)             Drill

Follow teacher 3times.

Have  students reads 3 times together.

Teacher asks and students answer.

Boys ask and girls answer.

Teacher asks individual student to answer.

Ask some pairs to act.

2 Teach the other words :yellow, blue, green , orange and brown

  The same way as ()1

(设计意图: 每个环节都是承上一环节引出,在教新词时就把新句式让学生有所感知,这样既不让生词孤立存在,又弱化了重难点。)

3 Teach a chant

 Look at this butterfly, it is red.

Look at this butterfly, it is yellow.

Look at this butterfly, it is blue.

Look at this butterfly, it is green.

Look at this butterfly, it is brow.

Look at this butterfly, it is orange.

(设计意图:这是一首自编的歌谣,既培养了学生的节奏感,复习了将要用到的旧知识,又巩固了新知识。)

二.Teach the new sentence structures

(一)Teach “What color are they?”

1.Presentation

T:(看大屏幕)Look!What color are they?

Ss: They are red, yellow, blue, green, brown, and orange.

2.      Drill

Follow teacher 3times.

Have  students reads 3 times together.

Teacher asks and students answer.

Boys ask and girls answer.

Ask and answer in rows.

(二)Teach “What color is that butterfly?”

The same way as ()

() Teach “Is that butterfly blue ?”(板书)

1.      The same way as ()

2.      Play a game.

(设计意图:这个句式是本节课的难点之一,运用游戏既突破难点,又活跃了课堂气氛。)

() Practice in pairs.

(设计意图:培养学生呢感用英语交流的能力,表演能力以及与他人合作的能力。)

Step3 Teach “text”

1 .Presentation

(2) Explain   the new knowledge to students.

4. Act the dialogue

Step 4  Consolidation  and  Extension

1.Have  students make up  a  new  dialogues according to  text in pairs.(用讲台上的水果,动物,黑板上的小鸟图片。)

2. Ask some pairs to act the dialogues.

(设计意图:既巩固所学的知识,又培养学生灵活运用英语交际的能力。)

Step5  Feeling Education

  Do you like these birds and butterflies? They are our good friends .Loving animals is loving ourselves,etc.

(设计意图:从小培养孩子的环抱意识,确保下一代的人文素质得到提高。)
